I was rapping to that song by eminem you know, that one with the part about the bum. Anyway, I was rapping it all wrong and i couldn't stop laughing. Anyway, here is the Tom Green original, it is so stupid they are surely going to kick me out of the library computer lab shortly for lol-ing

Also, I'm having an extreme day-after-valentines-day-chocolates-on-sale low. I hope my blood sugar equalizes with all the water I'm drinking-- maybe some coffee would help.

PS: St. Patrick's Day is on March 17th...a SATURDAY. For those of you in Madison, get ready for The Kissers at the High Noon Saloon...Sunny D and I are in and everyone else is invited!

Cookies and Muffins

  I'm BAAAACK. Let's get right into it! To make a dumb story long- to make a long story dumb? A few weeks ago I saw this cookie magazine at Woodmans and I was like I. Want. that. Then I saw it cost $12.99. No.  I also know cookie recipes are onLINE, but boring. There's just something fun about looking at beautiful cookie pictures! Anyway, I went home, searched the library and put 2 Christmas cookie books on hold. A week later I got my books and what a disappointment. Boo. No good recipes in either of them. TODAY I'm at the grocery store and there she is, Taste of Home Holiday Cookies and Baking!!! And I was right, within the 1st 5 pages, there were 4 cookies that looked amazing. Even MORE amazing was page 15 where I found the cranberry orange cookies- cause I had cranberries in the fridge and randomly bought an orange at the store today! It was destiny! Canoeing down the Lower Zambezi

The group, ours and locals going on to the car ferry.  Entrance to the park Dang, what are these birds, I think they are Camden, or Carmen Bug Eaters? or something. Very pretty. The first African elephant I saw! Much Larger than Asian Elephants Who is that lurking in the water??  Some Hippos! Gorgeous stork (I think?) Another elephant. I wonder if he is older, as shown by his color variation? Me reading the book that the new parents (M and R) gave me! Also, notice the 3 beverages. The one in the glass is called a Malawi Shandy and is great. I think it's ginger ale, bitters and...maybe just that. A Rock Shandy is with lemonade instead of ale.   The evening cruise, didn't see nearly as much wildlife, but this guy was yawning.  Zambian Sunset! A baobab tree. Very cool. Mutinondo

Whoa! What a cool place this Mutinondo  was!  It is is a woodland, wilderness area NORTH EAST of Lusaka about 10 hours by bus. (Sorry about the yelling, that is a little shout out to my friend, you know who you are) (Also,  let me know if the link doesn't work) There were these gorgeous look-out points and mountains....well, large granite hills, but they were steep enough and we climbed up 2 of them. It took about 30 minutes to get to the top of each.  In the top video I'm reaching the top of the mountain!  You can hear our cool driver Mr. K cheering? :) me on!  These photos are in no order exactly, but I'll talk a little about each one!
